A WOMAN has been handed a driving ban after she stopped a vehicle on zig-zag lines at a zebra crossing in Bournemouth.
Hayley Janet Finnan, aged 39, was alleged to have been driving a Vauxhall motor car and failed to comply with the traffic sign road markings in Redhill Drive, Bournemouth, on June 7, 2021.
Finnan, of Draycott Road, Bournemouth, appeared in the dock at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on April 19 for sentencing, after the allegation against her was proved in her absence on January 18.
The defendant was fined £61 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £110 costs.
She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months, with this measure obligatory due to repeated offending.
