Bournemouth beach was bustling with people today as warm weather brought crowds out on Easter Saturday.
Hundreds of people have flocked to the beach to make the most of the sun, with queues to get on the pier and for refreshments at Pier Approach.
Plenty of people were also enjoying the Lower Gardens, with the mini golf busy and cafes and food huts doing good business.
Parts of the UK are predicted to be warmer than Greece and Turkey over the weekend as temperatures soar to 23C (73.4F).

While warm in the sun today, there is a slight haze off the coast with a breeze making it cooler by the coast.
Visitor Jennifer Green told the Daily Echo: "It's so lovely to be able to visit. The last couple of years with the Covid restrictions, we've missed out, so we're really happy to see it so busy."
Another day-tripper, Ken Wright, said: "We've been coming to Bournemouth for many years and there's nowhere better in the sunshine. We're making up for the last couple of years during lockdown and have got lots of day trips planned around Dorset."
Weather for Easter Sunday and Easter Monday
Sunday will be mainly cloudy with temperatures reaching 13C while Easter Monday is likely to start off cloudy with some sunny spells in the afternoon.

Councillor Mohan Iyengar, Portfolio Holder for Tourism and Active Health commented:
“We’re looking forward to welcoming residents and visitors to our beautiful area once again and with the weather heating up over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, we’re asking everyone to come and enjoy our area but to also respect our area as well, which includes picking up after yourself and parking responsibly.
“As with last year, we’ve invested in a response-plan together with the police and other organisations to keep people safe and our towns orderly when things become busy. The Multi-Agency Command Centre (MACC) is back in use and we’re looking forward to a great summer ahead for all!”
