Guidelines for people visiting Dorset's beaches over the Easter weekend have been released.
The advice includes where to park responsibly, no barbecues before 6pm, and respecting council staff.
A BCP Council spokesperson said: "There's plenty to do across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
"We’ve got over 15 miles of golden sands for everyone to enjoy, and beyond the beach why not visit our restaurants, café’s, bars, local shops, museums, galleries, open spaces and heritage trails.
"If you’re planning a day on the seafront, please help us by following our guidelines."
The council's guidelines for people planning a day on the seafront, include:
- Download our Beach Check app and plan your journey ahead of time
- Park responsibly or travel more sustainably by bus or bike
- If the seafront carparks are full, then try one a short walk away in our town centres such as Richmond Gardens and Avenue Road in Bournemouth, Baiter in Poole, and Mayors Mead in Christchurch
- Tow trucks will be on hand
- Civil enforcement parking wardens will be working
- Respect our staff
- Use a bin or take your litter home
- No open fires at any time
- No BBQs before 6pm (strictly not allowed on heathland and clifftops)
