A NEW activity nature trail was due to open at Gullivers Farm and Kitchen in West Moors on Friday.
Local children's author, Sarah Crisp from Verwood has collaborated with Gullivers to produce a brand new activity nature trail for children and families to enjoy, based on her new book.
The aim of the trail is to provide local families with a fun day out where they can enjoy the farm grounds and animals whilst supporting local enterprises.
The trail in the farm grounds of Gullivers has eight activity stations which provide families with hands-on experiences such as building hedgehog houses.
Once each activity has been completed, the children can then collect the picture of the rubbing stamp in their activity booklet, the aim of the trail is to collect all eight stamps.
Activity booklets and crayons can be purchased at the farm shop before starting the trail.
