PHILIP ANDREW MULLETT, aged 59 and of Farnham Road, Poole, admits driving a Toyota Aygo on the B3082 Blandford Road, Wimborne on November 20, 2021, with 52 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £300. Also disqualified from driving for 14 months.
