DAVID GEORGE HINCHEY, aged 40 and of HMP Winchester, Romsey Road, Winchester, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Bournemouth on July 3, 2021. Committed to prison for one week concurrent. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on June 7, 2021, for the offences of assault by beating and fail bail. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 10 weeks suspended for 18 months implanted. Overall length of sentence 10 weeks.

To pay £96.95 compensation. Also admits stealing gift sets to the value of £102 belonging to Boots in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on December 28, 2021. To pay £102 compensation.

MIHAELA PROFIR, aged 49 and of Glen Fern Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing various grocery items and alcohol to the value of £113.60 belonging to Marks & Spencer Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on September 11, 2021. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge and £50 costs.

JAMIE PETER BARRY ISGAR, aged 24 of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on July 13, 2020, by failing to attend for planned telephone appointments on April 22, 2021, and August 10, 2021, and for planned office appointments on September 22, 2021, and October 13, 2021, and for rehabilitation activity requirement in that he failed to attend for Respectful Relationships induction on October 27, 2021. New community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for two months and take part in up to 18 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

Restraining order made, which lasts until March 20, 2023. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

MICHAEL RICHARD WILSON, aged 54 and of Chesildene Drive, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on November 24, 2021. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 20, 2023. Fined £750. To pay £75 surcharge and £85 costs.

BENJAMIN BLOCKLEY, aged 36 and of Courtmoor Close, Monks Risborough, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on December 26, 2021. Fined £406. To pay £100 compensation, £41 surcharge and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER JOHN CLARK, aged 46 and of Diana Way, Corfe Mullen, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order in that he entered a road in Corfe Mullen on March 20 and had direct or indirect contact with a woman and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Fined £50.

WENDY STEEDMAN, aged 62 and of Hillbury Road, Alderholt, admits when suspected of having attempted to drive a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence at Joint Emergency Services Building in Wimborne Road, Poole, on October 30, 2021, failing to do so. Fined £270. To pay £34 surcharge and £310 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

BEN DANDO, aged 31 and of access road to Gaulter, Kimmeridge, admits driving a Mitsubishi L200 on the A35 Upton Bypass, Poole, on March 4 with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £400. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

ANDRZEJ WARCHOL, aged 37 and of Woking Road, Poole, admits having a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely an incapacitant spray containing a capsicum-derived irritant agent in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on September 25, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Pepper spray to be forfeited and destroyed.

MARK HOWARD PULLEN, aged 51 and of Shrewton, near Salisbury, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi motor car who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Dorset after February 27, 2019. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £450 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
