TWO “unforgettable” nights of music will take place under the stars as a country park festival makes its return this summer.
Following its success last year, the Upton Country Park Festival will return with two nights of music on Friday July 8 and Saturday 9 with a host of performances and genres being performed.
Frocks and heels is the tagline for Friday’s Ladies Night which will be an homage to the bestselling female pop acts of the last four decades and will include the music of Beyoncé, Spice Girls, Little Mix, and Madonna.
It’s all-change on the Saturday as the park plays host to air guitar show American Rock Legends. This will see tributes to the likes of Bon Jovi, Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith, Foo Fighters and Eagles.
Visitors can bring their own picnics and drinks but there will be a range of food and drink options on offer.
Organisers Bearfoot Productions said: “We couldn’t believe how good the atmosphere was in September and this year will raise the bar even higher. The festival will wow audiences with the quality of production, huge stage, astonishing lighting and large screens.”
