RICHARD JAMES KERSLAKE-SMITH, aged 46 and of Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen, admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially or religiously aggravated at Charlie’s Chicken in Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on November 21, 2021. Fined £1,153. To pay £115 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits damaging a door at Charlie’s Chicken in Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on November 21, 2021. To pay £192 compensation. Also admits assaulting a man by beating him in Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on November 21, 2021. To pay £150 compensation.
PAUL DAVID NEWMAN, aged 43 and of Newfoundland Drive, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle at Poole Bus Station in Kingland Road, Poole, on December 6, 2021, with 123 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £128 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months.
