A MAN has been fined hundreds of pounds for driving while not wearing a seatbelt.
Benjamin Mark Robey, 38, of Acland Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving in Hinksey, Oxfordshire, on July 13 whilst not wearing a seatbelt.
Court papers state Robey was travelling on the A34. He was not present when sentenced at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, March 24.
Magistrates fined the defendant £122 for the offence and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £90 meaning he’ll pay a total of £246 for the offence.
