Committed to prison for six months, suspended for 18 months. To pay £250 compensation. Also found guilty with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on March 24, 2021. No separate penalty. Also found guilty assaulting PC Waterman, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker in Bournemouth on March 24, 2021. Committed to prison for six months consecutive, suspended for 18 months. To pay £250 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on January 26 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on July 23, 2021. No separate penalty.

ELENA MANTU, aged 35 and of Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth, admits using a Kyron motor car in Malmesbury Park Road, Bournemouth, on March 1, 2019, without insurance. Fined £120. To pay £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

ELLIOTT BARRINGTON BURGESS, aged 38 and of Jewell Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a BMW X1 in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on July 18, 2021, without due care and attention. Cannabis plants to be forfeited and destroyed by police. Also admits being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle owning to the presence of which in Luther Road, Bournemouth, on December 13, 2021, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a lamp post and a brick wall and he failed to stop. Fined £80. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
