A NOT-for-profit club night is coming to Bournemouth as the tour across the UK aims to raise thousands of pounds to help Ukraine’s fight against Russia.

Rave to Raise is a brand-new tour hitting nightclubs throughout April hoping to raise £5,000 for various charities helping Ukraine.

And the event will hit the Vault Nightclub in Bournemouth on Friday April 8.

Rave to Raise founder Neil Cully said: “I was sitting at home wondering what I could do to help out with the situation in Ukraine and short of dropping all of my responsibilities here and heading there to take up arms there wasn't much else that I could do.

“I'm organizing multiple nightclub events this year and I just thought, why don't I call upon favours from everyone that I know in the entertainment industry and put it on them to donate their time and effort to join me in creating something as a collective which was much bigger than any of us could do individually and within a week I had a 15 DJ line up sorted for our pilot event in Bournemouth.

The organisation aims to donate a minimum of 90 per cent of all ticket revenue with only the most necessary of costs being covered, plus a minimum of a 10 per cent donation of the bar revenue from the host venues.
