A POOLE company has been given a hefty court bill for failing to give information in relation to the driver of a vehicle.

UKDATETCH Ltd, based in the Cabot Business Village, Holyrood Close, Poole, failed to give information to police relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes A250, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

The company admitted the offence, relating to September 14, 2021, and were not present in Bodmin Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on Wednesday, March 23.

Magistrates fined the company £660 and ordered it to pay £90 in costs. It was also ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge.
