GREIG DAVID YOUNG, aged 31 and of Crescent Road, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, on February 19. Fined £50. Also admits having cannabis in Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, on February 19. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 cost. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

DALE ANTHONY SMITH, aged 25 and of Sugar Hill Grove, Darlington, found guilty of assaulting a woman in Bournemouth on February 11, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 8, 2024. To pay £200 compensation, £95 surcharge and £150 costs. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Bristol between January 19, 2021, and February 11, 2021, and May 25, 2021, and June 25, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent a large number of unwanted phone calls and messages. Community order made. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 8, 2024. To pay £100 compensation.

LAWRENCE ARTHUR BANFIELD, aged 48 and of Jubilee Gardens, Bournemouth, admits having 0.86 grams of diamorphine in Slades Farm Road, Bournemouth, on January 3. Fiend £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £40 costs. Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having 0.14 grams of cocaine in Slades Farm Road, Bournemouth, on January 3. Fined £50. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.

KAYLEY BUTLER, aged 31 and of Colne Avenue, Southampton, admits assaulting PC Hartman-Turner, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating him in Priory Road, Bournemouth, on February 23. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW MICHAEL DAY, aged 33 and of Durley Brook Road, Durley, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on February 19. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits damaging a wing mirror of a police vehicle belonging to Dorset Police in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on February 19. Fined £50.

AARON DAVID NIGEL MILES, aged 32 and of Back Lane, Okeford Fitzpaine, admits driving a Volkswagen motor vehicle in East Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, on December 1, 2021, with 3.4 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

PAUL ANTHONY CLARK, aged 56 and of St Mary’s Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man and the offence was racially aggravated in the Royal Arcade, Bournemouth, on November 9, 2021. Fined £150. To pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

CRISPIN ASSANAH, aged 45 and of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admits attempting to steal multiple packs of chocolate to the value of £81 belonging to Tesco Express Dolphin Quays, The Quay, Poole, on December 30, 2021. Discharged conditionally for three months. Also admits stealing multiple bottles of red wine and packets of chocolate belonging to Co-op in Wimborne Road, Poole, on January 3. Discharged conditionally for three months. To pay £76.90 compensation.

AMANDA JAYNE SWANN, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing goods to the value of £150 belonging to Lidl Stores at Sovereign Centre in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on November 15, 2021. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.
