A CANVAS signed by the Vamps will be up for auction in an event for Christchurch Hospice.
The signed art will be on show at the Captain’s Club and Spa in Christchurch in November, with an online auction taking place later that month.
All money raised will go to the Brick by Brick appeal, raising funds to replace the existing Macmillan Unit at the grounds of Christchurch Hospital.
The “Can We Dance” canvas features the band’s signatures and art by Poole artist Pete Thompson.
Pete said: “I am hugely appreciative of the work Macmillan Caring Locally does for terminally ill people and their families.”
The work was produced for the Mac online event, which sees a collection of uniquely designed canvases auctioned on eBay for charity.
Lin Sharp, fundraising and communications director of Macmillan Caring Locally, said: “We are so grateful to The Vamps and the talented Pete Thompson for their support for Canvas for the Mac.
"We hope their canvas, as part of this exciting event, will raise a significant amount of money for our Brick by Brick appeal, to replace the existing, outdated Mac Unit with a brand new hospice to meet the future needs of the community."
