A PLANE has landed safely at Bournemouth Airport after declaring an emergency in Dorset’s airspace.
JAMMER 11 had declared the emergency after an issues reportedly saw the plane drop thousands of feet on Thursday morning.
However, Dorset Police confirmed the plane had landed safely.
A spokesperson said: “Dorset Police received a report at 10.11am on Thursday, March 24 from the fire service making us aware of a potential emergency involving an aircraft experiencing technical difficulties that was due to land at Bournemouth International Airport.
“An update was received at 10.21am that the aircraft had landed safely and all was in order. No further action was required.”
