Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a Building Better Relationships programme for 42 days. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 7, 2024. Fined £100. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits making contact with a woman in Bournemouth on December 28, 2021, which he was prohibited from dong by a court order made on May 14, 2021. Community order made. Fined £100. Also admits making contact with a woman in Bournemouth on January 10, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on May 14, 2021. Community order made. Fined £100. Also admits making contact with a woman in Bournemouth on January 11, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on May 14, 2021. Community order made. Fined £100.

CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY MORRISON, aged 58 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits having 0.12 grams of heroin in Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, on December 20, 2021. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Heroin to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on January 19, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on December 21, 2021. No separate penalty.

WILLIAM ANDREW NIVEN, aged 26 and of Station Gate, Ringwood, admits for the purposing of obtaining the grant of a certificate of insurance or security to himself, made a false statement in that he failed to disclose previous driving convictions and endorsements upon taking out the policy in Ringwood on August 30, 2021. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE

PHILIP RICHARD SHARPE, aged 81 and of Glen Road, Poole, found guilty of damaging a Skoda Octavia to the value of £750 belonging to a woman in Poole on April 19. To pay £750 compensation and £250 costs.

CRAIG ANTHONY MORGAN, aged 36 and of Melbury Avenue, Poole, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Melbury Avenue, Poole, on December 23, 2020. Fined £100. Also admits resisting PC Henley, a constable in the execution of his duty in Melbury Avenue, Poole, on December 23, 2021. Fined £566. To pay £66 surcharge and £100 costs.

SCOTT HALL, aged 40 and of no fixed abode, admits drinking alcohol in a public place at The Quay, Poole, on March 5, therefore breaching the conditions made by a criminal behaviour order issued on January 11. Also admits having cocaine at Poole Quay on March 5. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

ALFIE ALEXANDER LAWS, aged 27 and of Cavan Crescent, admits damaging a Volkswagen Golf to the value of £350 belonging to a woman in Poole on March 4, 2021. To pay £349.08 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years imposed on September 29, 2021, for an offence of battery. No action taken on breach.
