BUS operator Yellow Buses has warned of further disruption to its services as works in Boscombe have been extended.
Works in Christchurch Road have been extended until 6am Thursday March 24 meaning route 1, 1a, 1b and 2 will stay on the current diversions.
A Yellow Buses spokesperson said: “Route 1 and 1b is unable to serve Parkwood Road (outbound), Hannington Road, Pokesdown Station or Darracott Road. The nearest alternative stop is Fishermans Walk or Portman Road (outbound)/Parkwood Road (inbound).
“Route 1a and 2 is unable to serve Parkwood Road (outbound), Hannington Road or Pokesdown Station.
“The nearest alternative stop is any stop along Seabourne Road between Fishermans Walk and Pokesdown Station, Spurgeon Road or Portman Road (outbound)/Parkwood Road (inbound).
“We are sorry for the inconvenience during this time.”
