A MOTORIST from Poole has avoided a driving ban after being caught speeding and using a car without insurance.
Angellah Kananga, 40 and of Edwina Drive, Poole, was accused of driving at 92mph in a 70mph stretch of the A41 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, on July 18 last year.
She was also alleged to have been using the vehicle that day without the relevant third party insurance.
Kananga pleaded guilty to both offences and appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on March 10.
She was fined a total of £705 along with an order to pay £150 costs and a £71 surcharge.
Her driving record was endorsed with eight points.
