A POPULAR upside-down house attraction is set to make its grand return to Bournemouth this year.

Construction has begun outside Bournemouth Pavilion for the upside-down house which will welcome guests into a ‘museum of illusion’.

The houses are packed with impressive pictures that create the feeling of an upside-down world, making great content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.

Upside Down House UK was launched in 2018, with the first house opening in the Bournemouth triangle. Following its success, houses were expanded to locations including Brighton, Lakeside, and Westfield, but now organisers are excited to be bringing it back to where it began.

Tom Dirse, CEO of Upside Down House UK said: “The success of our very first house in Bournemouth motivated and helped the business expand throughout the country.

“It has always been our plan to return to where it all started, the team and I are very excited.

“We are thankful to BH Live and all who took part in bringing this very unique attraction back to Bournemouth.”

Organisers have been working hard to meet the latest interior and exterior trends for the house, while at the same time following the traditional and unique concepts.

Designers have carefully selected an ocean blue colour for the exterior to match the Bournemouth seafront, and an open plan layout for the interior to allow customers to move freely around the house.

The previous house at the Bournemouth triangle followed a pink and black theme for its structure, and featured upside-down rooms including a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, office and two bedrooms.

Tickets to the house are £5.00 per person, with children under the age of 3 going free, and will shortly be available online or at the ticket office on the day.

The opening date has not yet been confirmed, but further information will be published on the Upside-Down House UK official website soon.
