A NEW branch of dessert parlour Sprinkles Gelato has opened in Bournemouth town centre.
The parlour opened its doors on March 16 with an opening offer of a free milkshake with every waffle or crepe purchased.
Sprinkles was orginally set to come to Bournemouth town centre from late December 2021 to early January 2022 according to a spokesperson.
The store manager said they will now be holding an official store opening on Mother's Day, March 27.
There are already two branches of the dessert parlour in the Bournemouth area, one in Winton and one in Holdenhurst Road.
Sprinkles Gelato was originally started by two brothers in Southampton and has been serving gelato and handmade desserts since 2012.
The new branch will join the dozens of eateries in Old Christchurch Road, taking the place of the former Thomas Cook store.
