ABDULSALAM SAFAI, aged 20 and of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Sturminster Marshall between September 7, 2021, and October 14, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her. Discharged conditionally for two years. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 3, 2023. To pay £22 surcharge and £40 costs. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Sturminster Marshall on October 5, 2021. Discharged conditionally for two years.

NATHAN JAMES STUART, aged 32 and of France Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to comply with supervision requirements on January 19, January 26 and February 9. Fined £80. To pay £60 costs.

HARRY THOMAS BROWN, aged 18 and of Ashford Road, Bournemouth, admits being the driver of a BMW owing to the presence of which in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, on February 18, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to three other vehicles, and he failed to stop. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 days.

CRAIG LEE BRACEY, aged 38 and of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 16, 2021, by failing to attend for the drug rehabilitation requirement on October 14, 2021, and October 19, 2021. Community order varies, whereby the defendant must take part in up to five days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

LUCY KATE SMITH, aged 21 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing items of bedding to the value of £168 belonging to marks and Spencer Castlepoint, Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on October 12, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £40 costs.

ERNEST PATOKA, aged 32 and of Stanfield Road, Poole, admits instructing someone to contact a woman in Poole on September 8, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on June 4, 2021. Fined £230. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

TROY JASON LEROY FRANCE, aged 40 and of Kimmeridge Avenue, Poole, admits contacting a woman via messaging and phone call in Bournemouth on October 14, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on September 7, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Also admits entering the rear garden of an address in Bournemouth on February 10, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on September 7, 2021. Community order made. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 3, 2024. To pay £95 surcharge.

LEAH LAUREN POUND, aged 19 and of Denmark Road, Poole, admits along with two other people stealing various amounts of fragrance packs to the value of £226.20 belonging to Superdrug Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on November 24, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £226.20 compensation.

KYLE DARREN EGLINGTON, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on December 20, 2021, and December 31, 2021, failing to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a different address by failing to reside at approve address between December 3, 2021, and December 14, 2021, and from January 13 to March 4. Committed to prison for 14 days.
