DEAN BILLINGTON, aged 50 and of Linwood Road, Bournemouth, admits intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting in Bournemouth on April 28, 2021. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for two years. To pay £300 compensation and £85 costs. Defendant required to register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 from February 25 for seven years. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in Bournemouth on April 28, 2021. Committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent, suspended for two years.

LUKASZ ZENON KUBIAK, aged 33 and of Pine Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mazda 3 in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on December 18, 2021, with 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. STEFAN WOODHOUSE, aged 45 and of Stewart Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a door lock to the value of £210 belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on October 21, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £210 compensation and £85 costs.

KEVIN JAMES BRADY, aged 70 and of Kinson Road, Bournemouth, admits being a relevant offender within the terms of The Sexual Offences Act 2003 failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements in that he failed to notify that he received a new Halifax debit card in December 2020 and a new Halifax credit card in March 2021 within three days of receiving them. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.
