IMPROVEMENTS and a name change are being planned for a Verwood café which has traded since 2012 as Plane Cuisine.
The new owners are asking Dorset Council for changes to the corner plot in Ringwood Road, including a series of internal alterations, replacing existing external planters and seating with new and new glazed planters and screening to include a retractable canopy.
The application has been made in the name of Café Aroma although artwork submitted to Dorset Council also features the name Aroma Express on the Ringwood Road side of the building.
The application, ref 2021/05350, can be seen on the Dorset Council website with public comments open until March 11.
