The Dalkeith building on Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth has a varied history over the years including a hotel from back in the 1890s, converted into residential and commercial use which has included an indoor market back in the 1980s.
The property was converted into the shopping arcade in the early 1990s.
Pictured here in 1998 when the United Colour of Benetton and Hallmarks Cards lined the entrance to the arcade.
The arcade was redeveloped from 2011 and was renamed the Richmond Garden Shopping Centre.
