A MAN has been barred from going to a Bournemouth pub after committing criminal damage at the venue.
Mervyn Edmondson, aged 44, was alleged to have damaged glasses at The Lark Rise in Wimborne Road, Winton, on June 25 last year.
Appearing in the dock at Poole Magistrates’ Court on February 28, Edmondson pleaded guilty to a single charge of criminal damage.
The defendant, whose address was given as Mansel Close, Poole, was handed a 12-month restraining order not to go to or enter The Lark Rise.
Edmondson was also fined £160 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £310 costs.
