NICHOLAS MARK WELLSTEAD, aged 57 and of Portchester Place, Bournemouth, admits stealing £20 cash belonging to a man at Asda, Bournemouth, on November 13, 2021. To pay £20 compensation and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER MARSHALL, aged 51 and of no fixed abode, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made on January 31 in that he was in the company with a woman and called her in Bournemouth on February 13 and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Fined £100.

HAI VAN LE, aged 38 and of Somerley Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Vauxhall Insignia in Hankinson Road, Bournemouth, on December 7, 2021, with 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

ADAM DOLTON, aged 42 and of Bascott Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman between May 21, 2021, and June 3, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent her numerous text messages and voice notes, emails, posted on her Facebook page and made voice calls. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 13, 2024. To pay £22 surcharge and £120 costs.

PIOTR HENRYK JANKOWSKI, aged 37 and of Acton Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Jeep motor car in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on March 18, 2021, when he was using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fined £450. To pay £45 surcharge and £85 cost. Driving record endorsed with six points.

PAUL COLIN GARETH KENT, aged 51 of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to comply with a condition, namely that on release from prison, unless otherwise directed by his supervising officer, he did not report without delay to Bristol Central Probation Office at 2pm on November 9, 2021. Committed to prison for 10 days.
