KIAN MICHAEL LEE QUINN, aged 19 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits attempting to call a woman on Discord and send a friend request and texts to her via Snapchat between July 20, 2021, and July 30, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on July 5, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 42-day Building Better Relationships programme and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work.
