THREE goats are among the animals looking for forever homes in Dorset this week.

Animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find permanent homes for a number of pets currently in its care.

Can you help? All of the details are below.

Bournemouth Echo:

Henry is an energetic, nine-month-old crossbreed. He is full of fun and he loves playing games. He would benefit from training classes, and he will need someone to be home with him for most of the day. He is looking for an active home where his new family can help him adjust back into home life. He would be happy living with a female dog and teenage children.

Bournemouth Echo:

Max is a friendly, five-year-old French Bulldog who loves being around people and has a very happy, playful nature. He would be happy living with older children and female dogs, but he would be best suited to a home without cats. He is hard of hearing, so his new owners will need to have the time to continue his training and help him learn some hand signals.

Bournemouth Echo:

Toby is an energetic, three-year-old Collie. He can get over stimulated very quickly, so he’s looking for an experienced, adult-only home. He has huge potential with the right owner, they will need to keep his mind busy and it would be fun for him to do something like agility. He’s started his training but he will need this to be continued, to help him adjust to day-to-day life.

Bournemouth Echo:

Albert is an eight-years-old cat looking for forever home with his mother, Darcie, who is 10 years old. They are affectionate lap cats, but Darcie is more outgoing. She has been diagnosed with renal disease, so she will require a special diet. They will need to be the only pets in their new home, but they could possibly live with children providing they meet first.

Bournemouth Echo:

Amy the Guinea pig is looking for a forever home with her best friend, Moana. They are both young girls and they can be a little bit nervous. However, they do become very chatty and excited when they know that their food is coming!

Bournemouth Echo:

Pepper is four-years-old and looking for a home with his two companions, Splash and Squeak. They are all male, neutered Anglo Nubian goats, who are looking for a home with plenty of space. They’ll need accommodation that has a hard standing and very high fencing. They are curious boys who are interested in being around people, so they’d like to have a lot of interaction with their owners.
