Discharged conditionally for six months. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on appeal on August 25, 2021, for the offences of four thefts from shop, two counts of possession of class A drugs, going equipped and possession of a knife. Suspended sentenced varied, whereby defendant is committed to prison for a term of 36 weeks, suspended for two years, with an eight-month drug rehabilitation requirement. Rehabilitation activity requirement to continue. Also admits stealing a bank card belonging to a person in Bournemouth on June 15, 2021. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £315 compensation.
