THE most and least expensive streets in the BH postcode area have been revealed – and there’s a whopping £5.4m between them.

For those with splash to cash, Pearce Avenue, Shore Road and Bury Road were among the priciest streets.
While Reynard Court in Parkstone Road, Wimborne Road and Homemill House in Station Road were among the cheapest.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Banks Road (BH13) sold for £5,000,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £68,000 and under on Canford Heath Road (BH17), Christchurch Road (BH7) and Christchurch Road (BH7)."
