ALL lanes of the A31 have been cleared following an earlier broken down crane.
One lane on the westbound carriageway was closed between Stoney Cross and Picket Post.
Earlier today the incident caused four miles of traffic queues.
National Highways said there were four miles of congestion on the approach causing 20 minutes delays above normal journey time.

Hampshire Police officers attended the scene.
