A MISSING elderly man has returned home safe and well.
The police helicopter assisted in the search for Brian Purdie, aged 77, who was reported missing just after 5pm on Saturday, January 29.
Police say he left an address in Parkstone Road on foot at 12.45pm.
Police thanked everyone who helped in the search after he returned home last night.
