Multiple fire crews were called to the Haven Hotel in Banks Road, Poole at 8.40am after a fire broke out in a first-floor bedroom.
All the guests at the hotel have been accounted for and there are no casualties.
Crane deployed as precaution to enable water to be hosed from above if fire became more serious. Fire officers at the scene say fire now extinguished but checking voids to ensure it hasn’t travelled internally. pic.twitter.com/gAF04ccT4s
