A MAN has appeared in court for committing an offence during a football match at AFC Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium.
Jack Robert Tanfield was alleged to have entered an area adjacent to the pitch where supporters were not generally admitted at the game back in early October last year.
Appearing at Poole Magistrates' Court via live video link on Wednesday, January 26, Tanfield, aged 22, pleaded guilty to a single charge of going onto an area adjacent to the playing area.
The defendant, whose address was given as Church Street, Bradwell, Derbyshire, was handed a £65 fine by the bench, along with an order to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
Cherries came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory over Sheffield United on October 2, the day on which the reported offence took place.
