KEVAN SMITH, aged 33 and of St Clement’s Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Perry, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Exeter Road, Bournemouth. Fined £375. To pay £100 compensation and £57 surcharge. Also admits assaulting PC Byrne, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, in Bournemouth Police Station, Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on December 19, 2021. Fined £200. To pay £30 compensation.

CHARLES SAMUEL DOE, aged 31 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging window blinds to the value of £99 belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on May 26, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £50 compensation, £22 surcharge and £40 costs.

GEORGE SAMUEL PENNINGTON, aged 26 and of Paddington Grove, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 29, 2021, by failing to attend for planned induction appointments for his Thinking Skills programme requirement on June 15, 2021, and June 22, 2021. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 29 days of Thinking Skills programme, up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 250 hours of unpaid work.

RICHARD JOHN BOWLER, aged 44 and of Luckham Close, Bournemouth, admits stealing goods to the value of £44 belonging to Sainsbury’s at Castlepoint on November 16, 2020. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of four months imposed on October 31, 2020, at Dorset for an offence of shoplifting. No action taken on breach.

ANTHONY IDRIS SEEKINS, aged 51 and of no fixed abode, convicted of using a Nissan car in Livingstone Road, Bournemouth, on May 5, 2021, without insurance. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also convicted of driving a Nissan car in Livingstone Road, Bournemouth, on May 5, 2021, without an MOT certificate. No separate penalty. Also convicted of driving a Nissan car in Livingstone Road, Bournemouth, on May 5, 2021, without a licence having had his licence revoked on April 24, 2019, and since that earlier time he had not been granted a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

GAGE RICHARD HIGGINS, aged 24 and of Paddington Grove, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 3, 2020, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on May 29, 2021, and June 12, 2021.
