A POLICE investigation is under way after battery acid was used to damage an excavator.
The criminal damage incident took place overnight on January 13 into January 14 in a field in Stour Provost, north Dorset.
A North Dorset spokesperson said it was a secure 360 degree excavator that was targeted.
