MATTHEW JAMES HARPER, aged 46 and of Noble Close, Bournemouth, admits stealing a pedal cycle worth £1,300 belonging to a man at Bournemouth University in Fern Barrow, Poole, on November 18. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for drug dependency for six months and take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge.

SEAN FLEMING, aged 51 and of Vicarage Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Vicarage Road, Bournemouth, on November 26 with 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. RICHARD ERIC SHOTTIN, aged 41 and of Stockport Road, Denton, admits driving a Ford Focus in Surrey Road, Bournemouth, on June 19 with 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood.
