A MAN racially abused a staff member in a charity shop after blocking the stairs with a mobility scooter.
Police have released CCTV images of a man they’d like to speak to in relation to the racially aggravated public order incident.
At around 12.40pm on Wednesday, October 20, a customer blocked some internal stairs of the Lewis Manning Hospice Care store in Seamoor Road, Westbourne,
When he was asked by a staff member to move it, he became racially abusive and made threats.
Police Constable Christopher Hartley, of Bournemouth police, said: “Understandably, this incident has greatly upset the victim.
“Following initial enquiries, I am now in a position to release CCTV images of a man I would like to identify.
“I would urge anyone who might have information as to his identity to please contact us.”
