EMERGENCY services rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle crash, which left one car on its side.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to Wharncliffe Road in Highcliffe shortly after 10am on Wednesday, December 1.
A Dorset Police spokesman said one woman was taken to hospital. Officers remained on the scene until around 12pm.
A Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: "One crew from Christchurch was mobilised to the scene and on arrival found one vehicle on its side.
"The occupant of that vehicle had already been removed by a member of the public and the crew assisted with casualty care until the ambulance service arrived.
"The crews also worked on making the scene safe and dealt with a fuel spill. The stop came in at 11.16am."
