Bournemouth man ordered to pay more than £500 for speeding in van
A BOURNEMOUTH man has been given a hefty court fine for speeding in a van through Cornwall.
Ryan Scott A Tottle, 32, of Markham Avenue, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty and was sentenced by single justice procedure at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on November 27.
He admitted driving a Ford Transit van on the A30 Hawkstor, in Temple, Bodmin, exceeding 60mph, the legal limit for that class of vehicle on January 29, 2020.
Magistrates fined the 32-year-old £400 for the offence and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £40.
He was also ordered to pay £90 in costs and had his driving record endorsed with six points.
