RESIDENTS in Bournemouth are being encouraged to make the most of an isolated day of mild weather today with yet more cold weather around the corner.
Morning temperatures saw a 15-degree swing today, with the day starting at 10 degrees and set to rise to 13 degrees.
This comes a day after a frosty morning for most, where the mercury fell to -5 degrees on the south coast on November 29.
Skies will be overcast today, but temperatures will stay mild and dry wit rain expected this evening.
However, temperatures will once again like to dip below freezing on Thursday morning and will hover above zero for the rest of the week.
Local weather enthusiast, Bournemouth & Poole Weather said: “An astonishing difference to yesterday morning, at +10C it’s 15C warmer than the same time yesterday.
“A mostly dry, cloudy and mild day ahead with max temps of 13C. Rain moving in after dark for an hour or two but nothing too heavy.”
