A MAN has been fined by the courts for driving closely past a horse rider.
Ivan Sandov, aged 21, was alleged to have committed the offence of driving without due care and attention at the wheel of a Toyota in Felthambrook Way, Feltham, on April 23.
The defendant, whose address was given as West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, was convicted under the single justice procedure process.
He was not present at Bromley Magistrates' Court on November 17 when the case was dealt with.
Sandov was handed a £220 fine along with an order to pay £100 costs and a £34 surcharge.
His driving record was endorsed with four points.
