A MAN was subjected to homophobic abuse at a pub in Christchurch.

The victim, who is in his 20s, had beer thrown over him before being abused at the Bailey Bridge pub in Barrack Road at 8.52pm on Wednesday, November 10.

Police are investigating the incident and have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak with in relation to the incident.

Police Constable Tom Ringer, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and I am issuing CCTV images of two men I would like to speak to as part of our investigation.

“I would urge anyone with information as to their identity to please come forward.”
