THE number of Covid cases across Dorset continues to rise and fall.

Latest data on the government website shows there are currently 11 locations across the county where case rates are above 800 infections per 100,000 people.

In the seven days to November 18, a total of 2,385 infections were reported in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, giving a case rate of 600.8.

During the same period, the rest of the county recorded 2,198 cases at a rate of 578.7.
