TWO people from Bournemouth have been fined for breaching Covid lockdown rules with offences at a Boscombe flat.
George Flood, 22 and of East Way, was said to have taken part in an indoor gathering of two or more people in a ground floor flat in Christchurch Road on November 20, 2020, when the country was in a national lockdown.
Tate Johnson, 20 and of Luckham Road, was accused of participating in a gathering at the same address on the same day.
The cases against Flood and Johnson were proved under the single justice procedure at Weymouth Magistrates' Court on November 16.
Both defendants were fined £1,100 and ordered to pay a £110 surcharge and £90 costs.
