Described by the auctioneers as ‘attractive’ the period brick barn sits on grounds of approximately 0.06 acres and falls within a Conservation Area close to the village centre.

The brochure states the 25sqm building has the potential to add a first floor/mezzanine or extend the bar, subject to planning permission and any other necessary consents.

Photos of the barn shows it needs to be repaired and have waste removed from inside. 

The barn is located on Blind Street and is accessed via North Street and is within walking distance of the nearby amenities.
