HELP us find a forever home for these adorable animals.

Dorset-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find forever homes for animals in its care.

  • Benji

Benji is a sweet nine-year-old male Greyhound. He is looking for a retirement home where he can snooze on comfy beds and go for leisurely walks.

Whilst he is an older boy, he still likes to instigate play and he’s happy being in the company of other dogs.

Bournemouth Echo:

Benji

He can live with calm medium-large sized dogs and teenage children, but he couldn’t live with cats or small animals.

  • Florence

Florence is a beautiful five-year-old Lurcher. She is very cuddly with her human companions and enjoys having zoomies with other dogs in the secure paddock at Lincoln Farm.

She’s looking for a home where she won't be left for long periods.

Bournemouth Echo:

Florence

She could live with older children and possibly another dog providing they meet a few times first, but she cannot live with cats.

  • Bertie

Bertie is a four year old Greyhound, who is a very sweet boy once he comes out of his shell.

Bournemouth Echo:

Bertie

He enjoys having cuddles and playing with his human companions. He could live with medium-large dogs and older children, but he couldn’t live with cats or small furries.

To register an interest in rehoming Benji, Florence or Bertie, please contact the team at Lincoln Farm: lincolnfarm@mgar.org.uk

  • Brandy

Brandy is an 18 year old, 14.2hh welsh type Pony. He came into the centre as an unhandled 13 year old and has since developed and started his education slowly.

Bournemouth Echo:

Brandy

He would benefit from a quiet, one to one setting. He picks things up very quickly and will be a very rewarding project for someone, who will give him time and has the ability to bring out his true potential.

  • Quackers

Quackers is a four year old Cherry Valley cross, who came into the centre with his two female friends.

They are looking for a home together with a fox-proof house, that they can be shut in overnight.

Bournemouth Echo:

Quackers

They do enjoy spending time on the pond swimming and diving for tasty bits, so they will need a pond in their new forever home.

  • Ethel

Ethel is 8 years old and she likes being around people, but she is still not sure if she likes being stroked for too long.

She prefers being admired and loves to play. She is very curious of the outside world and she is still building up her confidence.

Bournemouth Echo:

Ethel

She would like to be the only pet in a quiet home.
