THE courts have handed a Poole woman a £2,000 fine after she was convicted of a breach of the coronavirus lockdown regulations.
April Howard, aged 22, was said to have taking part in a private dwelling at an address in Sixpenny Close, Poole, on February 13, which consisted of two or more people.
Howard, whose address was given as Ashley Road, Poole, was not present at Weymouth Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 22, when the case against her was proved during a single justice procedure process.
The defendant was fined £2,000. She was also issued with an order to pay a £190 surcharge and £90 costs.
