GUY ROBERTS, aged 50 and of St James Road, Ferndown, admits driving a motor vehicle in Delph Road, Poole, on May 4 with not less than seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £400. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

NORTH DORSET

JAMES PURVIS, aged 34 and of Moberly Road, admits stealing storage boxes to the value of £500 belonging to Wessex Group in Shaftesbury on December 16, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £500 compensation and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER TARRANT, aged 48 and of Bassett Road, Poole, admits driving a VW on the A35 Bere Regis on October 7 with 129 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and complete up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months.

ANTHONY JOHN WOODS, aged 36 and of no fixed abode, admits having a quantity of diamorphine in Poole on June 1. Fined £25. To pay £34 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having a quantity of crack cocaine in Poole on June 1. Fined £25. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on February 22 for the offences of seven thefts from shops, failing to comply with a s35 direction and fail bail. Fined £30. Also admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 19 by failing to attend for a planned telephone appointment on September 1 and for planned office visits on September 6, September 20 and September 27. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must complete up to 45 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
