JAMES MARK PHILLPOTTS, aged 25 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor in that he failed to attend for a planned telephone appointment on July 6 and for a planned office appointment on July 12 and failed to respond to a breach notice sent to him on July 9, text message sent on July 8, phone contact on July 9 and July 14 or in person after a police prompt on July 9. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

LEILA ANGEL GREEN, aged 38 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits possessing 0.33 grams of diamorphine in Grove Road, Bournemouth, on April 21. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits possessing 0.21 grams of crack cocaine in Grove Road, Bournemouth, on April 21. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 19, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on May 5. LEON CAMPBELL NUGENT, aged 45 and of Dolphin Road, Northolt, Middlesex, admits resisting PC Ringer in the execution of his duty in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, on May 1, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for four weeks and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also admits wilfully obstructing two police constables in the performance of their duties in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on June 27, 2020. Community order made. Also found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so at Bournemouth Hospital on June 27, 2020. Community order made. To pay £95 surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for four years. Also found guilty of driving a Hyundai motor car in Knole Road, Bournemouth, on September 10, 2019, when he was using a hand-held mobile telephone. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. PETER NIGEL COLE, aged 38 and of Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a BMW in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on January 3 with 583 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. NERAJ HOTHI, aged 26 and of Sherborne Road, Southampton, admits damaging sliding doors and a plant pot to the value of £540 belonging to The Village Hotel in Deasnleigh Road, Bournemouth, on May 23. To pay compensation £410 and £85 costs.
